A former Director General of the National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) Brig.Gen. Maharazu Tsiga (rtd) and 18 others have been rescued by security forces.
Tsiga was abducted alongside other persons in his hometown of Tisga in Bakori Local Government Area of Katsina state, on on February 5, 2025.
Tsiga regained freedom on Wednesday after spending 56 days in captivity.
