Karl Kumm university to introduce seven additional undergraduate programmes

The Karl Kumm University (KKU), Vom, Plateau state, is to introduce seven additional undergraduate programmes.
The Vice Chancellor of the University, Prof. Nanven Gambo, disclosed this in a statement issued in Jos, at the end of the council meeting of the Church of Christ in All Nations (COCIN), owners of the university.
The statement signed by Bulus Gambo, the university’s Protocol and Information Officer, said the programmes to be introduced, include: BA English, BSC Sociology, BSC Mass Communication, BSC Broadcasting, BSC Biotechnology, BSC Software Engineering, and BSC Information Systems.
The statement added that the introduction of the new programmes are in compliance with the university’s academic brief Vol.1.
It said, presently, the university offers programmes in 13 disciplines, including
BSC Microbiology, BSC Information Technology, BSC Industrial Chemistry, BSC Computer Science, BSC cyber Security and BSC Physics Electronics.
Others according to the statement, include, BSC Industrial Mathematics, BSC Accounting, BSC Business Administration, BSC Entrepreneurship, BSC Economics, BSC Political Science and BA Religion and Philosophy.
