Bandits have abducted a student of the Calvary Ministries (CAPRO) in Gana Ropp, Barkin Ladi Local Government Area of Plateau state.
The school located close to the Yakubu Gowon Airport, Heipang, was said tho have been attacked on Wednesday night
Some of the students were said to have alerted security agencies when they noticed strange movements around the school premises.
The students reportedly escaped during a gun battle with the bandits, unfortunate one of them was reportedly kidnapped
Spokesman of the Plateau state police command confirmed the incident, saying security operatives have been deployed in the area and efforts were being made to secure the release of the student and apprehend the abductors.
